Return Policy

Return window

Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization from Ferguson Waste Parts LLC. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include all components, manuals, and materials supplied with the item.

Special-order, custom, made-to-order, and otherwise identified final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Inspect your shipment promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with the order number, part number, and photographs when applicable. After review and authorization, Ferguson Waste Parts will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or return shipping at no cost to you.

Non-defective returns

For an approved return of a correctly supplied, non-defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price. The restocking fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days, less any non-refundable shipping charges and applicable 30% restocking fee. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different part, contact us so we can help identify the correct replacement and arrange a new order.
